Museu de Mallorca (Mallorca Museum)

The Museu de Mallorca holds artifacts from the prehistoric days, Moorish ceramics that are now priceless, medieval and Baroque paintings, and essential pieces of now non-existent buildings. This museum is believed to be the best museum of the Balearic Islands and is located close to the Mallorca Cathedral.
The museum opens From April to September: Tues to Sat - 10:00 to 14:00 and 17:00 to 20:00, Sunday - 10:00 to 14:00 From October to March: Tues to Sat - 10:00 to 13:00 and 16:00 to 18:00, Sunday 10:00 to 14:00

| This museum show pieces of Spanish contemporary art . Situated inside an impressive Renaissance building, the majority of its paintings and sculptures are from relatively unknown artists, although the museum's exhibition also features works by Pablo Picasso, Joan Miro and also Salvador Dali.
The museum opens: From Monday to Friday - 10:00 to 18:30, Saturday - 10:00 to 13:30

Museu Krekovic

This is Mallorca’s Krekovic Museum and is full of many workings by the famous Croatian artist, Kristian Krekovic. Built in 1981, the museum has managed to collect numerous interesting paintings and handicrafts from Spain and Latin America.
The museum opens: From mid January to mid December, Monday to Friday - 09:30 to 13:00 and 15:00 to 18:00, Saturday - 09:30 to 13:00

Inside the former Convent de Santo Domingo (Dominican monastery) the Municipal Museum contains a huge compilation of revered Gothic art, archaeological finds and a small collection of modern paintings.
